Gold for JWCS Track & Field
July 26th, 2010The Center’s Junior Wheelchair Sports [JWCS] progam includes track and field as well as basketball. At a National JWCS Track & Field competition in Chicago the week of July 19th, two of The Center’s JWCS track and field team won four gold medals!! Congratulations go to:
Kyle Hutchison who won two gold medals by placing first in the Shot Put and first in the Discus.
Logan Shaw also won two gold medals by placing first in Javelin and first in Discus in his division.
We want to acknowledge all of the youth who traveled and participated on behalf of The Center for their efforts. Congratulations also go to Coach Bradley Forbes!
