Goalball is a Paralympic sport for individuals with visual impairments. Goalball utilizes a ball made of hard rubber with bells inside. The bells make noise when in motion so players with visual impairments can locate it audibly. Goalball is an active game and requires direct bodily contact with the ball and the use of blackout goggles. This free clinic is targeted to youth and teens who are visually impaired who would like to learn the sport of Goalball. Sighted friends are also welcome to play.
