Charity Raffle Beneficiary: Proceeds from this raffle benefit The Center for Individuals with Physical Challenges (The Center).
Eligibility: The raffle is open to legal residents of the contiguous 48 United States and D.C. who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and members of their households and immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses) are not eligible to participate in or win the raffle. All federal, state, local and municipal laws and regulations apply. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, and where prohibited.
Raffle information: Each charitable contribution of $100 registers you for The Center’s Harley-Davidson giveaway beginning on Tuesday, February 1, 2022 and ending on Friday, April 29, 2022 at 11:59 PM. Contributions associated with the Harley-Davidson giveaway can be made online at https://www.tulsacenter.org/raffle/ through Friday, April 29, 2022 or until 350 tickets are sold. Tickets purchased online will be entered into the raffle, but ticket stubs will not be issued. Entrant must provide a valid email address and phone number and will receive contribution confirmation. Upon issuance of confirmation email, all donations are final and non-refundable.
* Any unclaimed tickets out of the original 350 will be made available in association with onsite contributions at the raffle event on Saturday, April 30, 2022.
Selection and Notification of Winners: Only 1 winner will be chosen to receive the custom-built 2015 Harley-Davidson XG750. Estimated retail price for the motorcycle is $7,500USD. The winner will be selected by random drawing from all tickets purchased on Saturday, April 30, 2022 at The Center for Individuals with Physical Challenges, 815 S. Utica Avenue, Tulsa, OK 74104. Winners will be notified either in-person, via phone or via email no later than close of business Friday, May 6, 2022. If the selected winner cannot be reached after 14 days from first notification attempt or if an entrant is found to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected.
Release of Liability: By participating in this raffle all participants and winners agree to release The Center and its respective partners, vendors, agents, representatives, board members, sponsors, service agencies, independent contractors, advertising and promotion agencies, and The Center’s liability insurer’s from any and all liability with respect to participation in the raffle and possession or use of the prize awarded and also acknowledge The Center has made no representations, expressions of warranty or guaranty, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize, including but not limited to its quality. Participants and the Winner(s) acknowledge the prize is being awarded in “as-is” condition. In the case of any dispute, the decision of The Center for Individuals with Physical Challenges shall be final.
Tax Obligations and Fees Associated with Prizes: Winners ARE responsible for any and all federal, state and local income or excise taxes, and delivery fees associated with the prize. All taxes, title, registration, destination charges, any other costs that may be associated with the prize, and all other expenses not specified herein and related to the acceptance and use of the prize are the winner’s sole responsibility. WINNER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FEDERAL INCOME TAX TO THE CENTER IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,776USD AT TIME OF PICK UP.
