Our fitness program includes a state of the art fitness center with over 60 pieces of equipment that we have adapted to our members needs with swivel and wide based seats, removable and accessible platforms to ensure a comfortable, barrier free workout session. The fitness center is included in our base membership package and is open anytime The Center is.
In addition to the fitness center there are 10 to 15 group exercise classes that are ongoing throughout the year. These classes are designed to improve strength, stamina and balance. These diverse classes range from low impact classes like: Yoga, Totally Fit and Water Aerobics, to moderate/high intensity classes like: Muscle Energizer, Step Aerobics, Core, Chair Aerobics and many more.
Our Fitness staff has the education and experience to adapt a fitness regimen to complement each individual. With degrees in Sports Science and Therapeutic Recreation, our staff has the ability to tailor exercise programs that enhance the quality of life of each individual. Through research and various certifications, our fitness staff continually strives to exceed all member expectations for fitness.
