Rehabilitative Fitness & Services

 

Rehabilitative Fitness & Services offers physical fitness and cognitive wellness opportunities for a variety of skill and ability levels. Rehabilitative fitness is designed to improve strength, stamina, flexibility and overall health through the availability of an accessible fitness center, indoor track, therapeutic pool, adaptive yoga studio and various fitness classes. The Center’s certified fitness staff can design an exercise program to meet a member’s individual needs and goals. Educational classes include Healthy Eating and Diabetes Education.

 

Rehabilitative services focus on cognitive wellness designed to maintain or improve brain health. Classes include Memory & Cognition, Speech & Communication and Brain Boosters.
