Center Membership
To become a member of The Center, one must have a primary disability involving a mobility, dexterity or sensory challenge (Do You Qualify?). To be considered for membership, you will need to complete and submit the application for membership with the physician-signed medical release on the back. The Center‘s Director of Member Services will then contact you to arrange an enrollment meeting and tour of The Center.
Upon becoming a member, you will choose your membership plan. There are two membership plans available:
BASE PLAN: $20 per month or $240 per year. Includes:
- Fitness Classes
- Fitness Center
- Art and Crafts (except for Premium Plan classes)
- Adaptive Sports
- Recreational and Leisure Classes
PREMIUM PLAN: $30 per month or $360 per year. Includes all of the above in the Base Plan plus:
- Yoga
- Water Aerobics
- Beginning Glazing
- Beginning/Introduction to Stained Glass
- Ceramic Sculpture
- Sculpture

OUTINGS & SPECIAL EVENTS: The Center offers outings and special events throughout the year. Members can participate in outings/events as they choose for a flat fee per event.
Payment options:
MONTHLY: Automatic withdraw from Credit Card, Debit Card, Checking or Savings Account.
ANNUALLY: Pay with check, credit card or cash at time of enrollment for full year.

Only ONE per member.
Member Volunteers: 20% off
Household: 20% off
Scholarships:
If you cannot afford the membership fee, please apply for a scholarship by completing this application and bringing it with you to your enrollment meeting.
